1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ha77", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the ha77 platform operating at ha77.vu and the entity responsible for providing the gaming services described herein.
• "Platform" means the ha77 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services accessible at ha77.vu.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the ha77 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered and maintained on the ha77 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the account currency used on the ha77 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash benefit awarded by ha77 to a Player subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Gaming Services" means all sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and any other gambling products offered on the ha77 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ha77 registration process and creating an Account, or by accessing any Gaming Services on the ha77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply in their entirety to all use of the ha77 platform, including access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future application or interface through which ha77 services are made available.

ha77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ha77 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the header of this document.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ha77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which you maintain an active ha77 Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ha77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
• You must be acting as a private individual, not in a commercial or professional capacity on behalf of a business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ha77 or any associated entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where such prohibition applies to your use of the ha77 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are not certain of your legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before registering.

4. Account Registration

To access ha77 Gaming Services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your ha77 Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ha77 Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Verification: ha77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point. Such documentation may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of residential address, or evidence of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Currency: All ha77 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency cannot be changed once set.

5. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ha77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your ha77 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your ha77 Account that is not reused across other platforms or services.
• You must notify ha77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ha77 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• ha77 will never ask for your password, OTP codes, or full CNIC number via email, live chat, or SMS. Any such communication claiming to be from ha77 and requesting this information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

ha77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated from your ha77 account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ha77 platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• ha77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours to reflect in your ha77 Account balance, depending on the processing time of the relevant bank.
• All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same Account, and the method must be registered in your name.
• ha77 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to provide supporting documentation.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• ha77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions pending investigation.
• Any applicable taxes or charges on winnings are the sole responsibility of the Player. ha77 does not provide tax advice.

7. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on ha77 is subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules published within the ha77 sportsbook interface:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. ha77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where ha77 determines that a manifest error has occurred in the published odds.
• Manifest Errors: ha77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — for example, odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's ha77 Account.
• ha77 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market, event, or selection without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all markets and will be stated within the relevant market or on the ha77 betting interface. ha77 will not be liable for winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits.
• In-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. ha77 will not be liable for odds changes that occur between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed, where such changes reflect genuine market movements.
• Matches or events that are suspended, abandoned, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the relevant governing body's rules will be settled in accordance with ha77's event-specific settlement rules, as published on the platform.

8. Casino Games

The following terms apply to the use of all Casino Games available on the ha77 platform, including RNG-based games (slots, digital table games) and Live Dealer games:

• All RNG games on ha77 use certified random number generation technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are available within the game information panel.
• Live Dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers. All Live Dealer game outcomes are determined by physical action and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Casino game, the outcome of any game round in progress will be determined according to the game's standard completion rules. ha77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections on the Player's side.
• Demo Mode is available on all eligible slot titles. Play in Demo Mode uses virtual credits and does not involve real PKR. Winnings accumulated in Demo Mode cannot be converted to real funds.
• ha77 reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction is determined to have materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's ha77 Account.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

ha77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered ha77 Account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players making their first eligible deposit or to existing Players meeting re-engagement criteria.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated as "no wagering," all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds are typically separated from real money funds in your ha77 Account balance display, and wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• ha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account, provided the Player has not yet breached the bonus conditions.
• Bonuses credited as a result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse (including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion), or any other breach of these Terms will be void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ha77 reserves the right to require a minimum deposit to activate a bonus, and to exclude certain payment methods from qualifying for specific promotions.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ha77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one ha77 Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any other activity designed to achieve an unfair advantage over ha77 or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of manifest errors are void.
• Using the ha77 platform for any money laundering activity or for the purpose of processing transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transaction claims without first contacting ha77 support to resolve the matter directly. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
• Accessing the ha77 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

11. Responsible Gaming

ha77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. Gambling is entertainment and should always be treated as such — never as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Age Restriction: ha77 is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. If you are under 21, you must not use the ha77 platform under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their ha77 Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will be unable to log in to your ha77 Account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their ha77 Account due to a gambling problem may request self-exclusion by contacting ha77 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed.
• ha77 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the platform identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring consent from the Account holder.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ha77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, interface design, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ha77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ha77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any ha77 content without the prior written consent of ha77.
• The ha77 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trade marks of ha77. Unauthorised use of ha77 trade marks is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha77 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ha77 platform, including losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if ha77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the ha77 platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your ha77 Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ha77's liability for death or personal injury caused by ha77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ha77's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in your ha77 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination & Account Closure

ha77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• ha77 determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ha77 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
• ha77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.
• An Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity.

You may also request the closure of your ha77 Account at any time by contacting ha77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and after any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds have been assessed.

ha77 may deduct from any returned balance any amounts owed by you to ha77 at the time of closure, including any bonus amounts that were subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

15. Amendments to Terms

ha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered Account email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the ha77 platform.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the ha77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the ha77 platform and contact ha77 support to request account closure.

The version history of these Terms and Conditions is maintained by ha77. Players may request a copy of a prior version by contacting ha77 support at [email protected].

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ha77's jurisdiction of operation under its international gaming compliance framework.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ha77 in connection with your use of the ha77 platform, you agree to first contact ha77 support at [email protected] and allow ha77 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. ha77 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ha77 support, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process applicable under ha77's international gaming compliance standards. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided by ha77 support upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
